1. Mandatory to link Pan-Aadhar after Supreme Court verdict :
5 Judge team of Supreme Court bench said that Aadhaar number is mandatory to link with PAN Card under the section of 139AA of the Income Tax Act.
Section 57 of Aadhaar act is stuck down by Supreme Court which usually allow Private Companies like PayTm to use Aadhaar Authentication.
2. Constitutional important cases are allowed for live streaming by Supreme Court :
Initially a pilot project may be taken up for about three months for live streaming for only National and Constitutional Important Cases, said by bench of Chief Justice Deepak Misra, Justice A.M. Khanwilkar and Justice D.Y. Chandrachud.
This move will bring “Transparency and Accountability” said by Supreme Court.
3. “Jan Dhan Darshak” a Mobile App launched by Arun Jaitley. :
As a part of Financial Inclusion (FI) initiative, A mobile app is launched called “Jan Dhan Darshak” which is developed by Department of Financial Services (DFS), National Informatics Centre (NIC) and Ministry of Finance
This app will help common people to locate Financial Services at any location in country.
Over 5 lack of Bank Branches, ATMs, Post Offices are mapped in this app. Phone Number of Bank Branches with Call Button facility is available in the App for Integrated Dialing.
4. Procurement of 1000 engine for T-72 Tank are approved by Defense Acquisition Council (DAC) :
For an approximate cost of 2,300 crore rupees, Defense Acquisition Council (DAC) approved procurement of 1000 engines in T-72 Tanks.
They said, It will enhance Mobility, Agility and Acceleration in the tank which will make them Versatile and Effective in the Battlefield.
5. Historic move by JAXA in Historic Mission of landing Japan Rovers on Asteroid :
The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) completed the Historical Mission on September 21 by landing to Japanese Rovers on 1 km Asteroid called Ryugu.
And now these Rovers sent back the first series of astonishing astonishing pictures after landing.
6. 2019-2028 is declared as the “Nelson Mandela Decade of Peace” by UN :
In the honor of South African leader Nelson Mandela, United Nation (UN) decided in Nelson Mandela Peace Summit to declare 2019-2028 as the “Nelson Mandela Decade of Peace”
This honor is given by the UN for 100th Anniversary of Mandela’s Birth.
7. ‘Human Capital’ score gave 158th ranking to India and Finland Topped :
‘Human Capital’ is the term which is mention, ‘Countries investment in Education and Healthcare’. And according to that they rank countries for their levels of Human Capital.
And in that ranking Finland Topped and India achieved 158th Ranking after Sudan (Rank 157). United States achieve 27th rank and China achieve 44th Rank.
